✓ Prime mover of the City Educational Scholarship Program, Special Program for Employment of Students, Schools of Madrasah and Alternative Learning System, City Vocational/Technical Scholarship Program, Day care Program, Skills Training, A & E Balik Eskwela para sa Out of School Youth.
✓ Initiated yearly Comprehensive Medical Outreach Program that benefitted thousands of recipients (Operation Tuli,Dental, Minor Surgery and Medical Check Up).
✓ Established a Medical and Burial Assistance Referral System for those in need of medical health and burial assistance.
✓ Established College Educational Scholarship Referral System to those interested but financially challenged students who went searching for ways to achieve a higher degree of education.
✓ Strengthened the Sulong Dunong Educational Assistance Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development thru allocating funds to support the education of more than hundreds high school students of Tagum City.
✓ Crafted an Ordinance Declaring October 10 of the year as the Tribal Day in Tagum City.
✓ Spearheaded Youth for Peace Building and Leadership Seminar.
